Company I'm with prides ourselves of getting the customer exactly what he has ordered. We don't want to be like the other guys on here lol. Trustworthiness has seemed to have left the building with some companies in the business today. How hard is it really to let the customer know that you can't fill that order and give him the option beforehand to switch or refund that amount of money?
