For us we consider wheat seeding in the fall of 2014 to be the start of the 2015 crop year. So the monitors in the planting tractors are advanced to 2015 in August while we leave the ones in the combines set to 2014 until after fall row-crop harvest. In all reality our crop years do overlap each other for a month or two.
