Vanes with a rotor in will be a pain in the but if not impossible to get some of them out and in again. Not sure how you will fish them around the rotor. Pull it! You wont be sorry and if you are, its because you don't know nay different. You will see when you get in there pulling it was easier that fighting the vanes and bolts.
