Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning.

We have that same grill. Underneath the cast grates is the stainless steel emitter. That needs cleaning when the holes plug. Take the grates off and use the supplied tool to scrape the emitter. That opens all the little holes and the grill will heat again. It's not a big job but if you don't do it occasionally, the grill will quit cooking.
