I'd lean toward ST rotor as well being culprit if that's what you're running - the AFX rotor is seldom that touchy. Have you confirmed that it is rotor loss? That should be most likely I'd think. Are you using large wire or a combination of large/small wire concaves wtih no blanking plates? Done a kill stall to check distribution across shoe?
