| A recent post on here got me thinking about how you all chose your banker and why you stay with them. I run across people all of the time who will not even talk to me because of their loyalty to their long time banker. However, what gets me is that the rates and fees they are being charged are not even fair (much higher than what others can provide) and they complain about not being serviced like they used ot. However, they will stick with them. If I like to drive out and see my clients face to face, waive all banking fees, give loans at under market rates, and complete loans in half the amount of time, I would think they would be dropping their current bankers and easily coming over. however, I don't see that happening. What are your reasons for sticking with yours and what could break that relationship? | |
