NEND
Receiver height is where the yellow meets the green. That's fine to make a task called survey, all you need to do is set up some task and drive around while recording. You will have to manually turn recording on off since you won't be engaging anything. You don't really need to enter any width For the machine, unless you want to drive every 40' or whatever, and be able to see that you drove everywhere in the field (implement width is just for coverage map). I'm not sure you even need to have a machine or implement set up, it's been a couple years since I surveyed a field. Verify in the Wrench menu that you have all the necessary things set up to record. You do not do anything in the survey tab in the Receiver menu, that is for setting up an RTK base and having it do a survey over time to establish a base station location. Make sure to drive your ditch/natural drain bottoms (current ones in the field, and adjacent to the field along roads). This is probably obvious, but the field should be reasonably smooth when you do your survey.
