Recent High-School Graduate/Current College Student Here.

Regardless of what you decide to do, you need to reinforce that he can't pull that in college, if he plans to attend. I had many high-school classmates go off to college and pull stuff along those lines (plagiarism, hired papers, etc.) and they ended up forfeiting the class. Pretty expensive mistake, and it can really bite you if the professor takes the time to run the papers through their plagiarism software. High-School can be stressful if you have a busy schedule/work/farm, but his school work needs to be his own.

Now, reviewing old tests from professors that never change them is just smart studying!
