NC Kansas		Here's how I would handle it... Tell him you know, tell him you don't care what his excuse/reason is. Then explain that you would be far more proud of him if he struggled and studied in a subject that was hard for him and got a "C" than to cheat and get an "A". This analogy may not work perfectly but in some format I think the point would get across.
