Subject: Video card upgrade

Devils Lake, ND
I just got my new 28" 4K monitor and it's awesome. But that plus the 2 old, free monitors I have hooked up are overtaxing my desktop. Vids are slow, the lag and I think it's slowing my entire computer down. It's a 2010 HP with a 3.00 GHx AMD Phenom and 8 GB of RAM (Windows 7.) Not sure with the video card is, but I know I didn't step up from stock when I ordered it. It has a VGA and Display Port outlet.

I'm pretty sure the processor can handle it and the bottleneck is the video card. This sound right? If so what do I want? And how hard is it to swap out. I upgraded HD's last winter and that was easy. I assume this is just as simple.
