I have never heard of that, but it is now on my to do list!!  Thanks for the link.  The one thing I noticed is that they recommended using lump hardwood charcoal and I must say that since I started using lump charcoal instead of briquettes my grilling experiences have been much better.  You can get some nuclear hot temperatures with that stuff!!
