Being on the internet is similar to living in a neighborhood. Life is a lot easier if a person tries to get along with your neighbors.
Totally agree. I see LOTS of posts here where people defend their right to say "whatever they want to". Well that's great but as polite people in society we often don't do that around our friends, neighbors or family etc. so why is this board and it's members so different? IMO because it can be too easy to hide behind that keyboard and just say whatever comes to your mind irregardless of facts or anything. Personally I don't think that's what it's all about but I know others disagree and that's OK with me too. |
