The first combine I ever ran on my own is also the worst. A 760 MF, dad turned me loose with it so he could go empty the truck. His dust hadn't even disappeared before it broke down. I can't remember it ever working a whole day without breaking.
It was replaced with a 1460, I couldn't believe that we could run days, sometimes weeks without breakdowns. One of the happiest days of my life was seeing that MF loaded up leaving the place.
