S.E. Sask.

I'd call it stressful. Every year I ask myself , when will we get back to normal rainfall? Every year the sloughs get deeper and spread further onto the cultivated land. Swathing the little patches in between the water is a real adventure. Dropping into muskrat runs and just plain spinning out in mud and water that shouldn't be there. Yield is down compared to last year from what I hear. Price down too. And I am hearing disease is causing major down grading on what little grain has been harvested. Did I forget to mention last week's frost that will spoil any green crops (and there were plenty). I'll just try to convince myself that I don't care.
