| Richard, regarding your reply from below, I couldn't agree more with your assessment of the current state of affairs. Very thoughtful response I feel very pertinent to the situation at hand. Once in awhile, guys will resurrect past posts, and I feel maybe prudent to bring back an old post I made last November; I'm not a good copy/paste guy, so hopefully somebody could search it; titled "Land prices have stage 4 cancer".
