East-Central Ontario | Most of the temps intellicast and others give aren't taken at all, they take two temperatures 25 or even 50 miles away and "extrapolate" from there. Weather underground at least gets a lot more local data although sometimes it gets a little wonky.
Example Sunday morning I checked intellicast and they were showing the temp outside as 33, when it actually never got below 40 here. Lots go the other way. | |
