Have a room that we insulated with fiberglass to keep it quieter.
We have found it harder to heat unless the door is left open because the air can not move through it.
Not sure what a solution might be other than another cold air return from it but we do have to leave a door open when it is not in use to get enough heat in it during cold weather.
