Does your bill segregate each device? Do your phones have some apps running in the background? Can you get online to determine which device(s) are hogging? I have gone through this with verizon as well. Once the laptop was watching YouTube. Paused it and forgot about it. Came back a couple days later and computer had updated and yt was playing away. Usage spiked-doh.
