What version of Excel are you dealing with? Here are steps for Excel 2010, but 2007 and 2013 are similar.

You'll have to add a trusted location and make sure the file is stored in it.

Go to File/Options/Trust Center/Trust Center Settings/Trusted Locations.

Click on Add New Location. If your file is on another computer, you'll need to click on the box that allows network locations.
