Subject: Trimble 250 problems

Shelby, MT
We are having a lot of problems this year with our Trimble 250 and ez steer in our combine. We changed from a 35 macdon to 40 macdon was only difference. I adjusted for new width but it won't steer right and not consistent. It want to stay off line 7-9". I re calibrated and such and got it to run 0-2 off to one side. I can't figure what caused the change.

My firmware is old 2.0, can I update to 3.1 in one jump or do I have to go step at a time?

Hardwire power in a case 7130 combine. Where do I go to find that. The battery is way back there?

Any other advice? Could motor or t2 box be going bad?
