| I think we know what Dupont P. has done with any profit that you think they may have
moving forward. They have been hammered down hard, and now been put in another
lesser status.
There is another thread here, about the M vs. P lawsuit and P came out on the losing end
for at least $1.75 Billion. That is lots of coin. So as far as research dollars at P. there
are no research dollars.
Under the agreement, P has four annual fixed royalty pmts. totaling $802,000,000.
from 2014 through 2017. After that starting in 2018, Dupont will begin paying royalties
to M. just like the rest of the serfs.
Edit to add:
I do hope Pioneer did not sell its soul, as with RR tech. not controlling weeds, I do hope
they have all options in the program moving forward, including Liberty, and others.
