Another thing I have seen, a producer chopped a field and turned cows in. Next day or so he had a couple dead cows. There was some Johnsongrass or shattercane in fencerow that had high Prussic acid levels. Cows were just cleaning up the fence line. Just check to see what else they may feed on. I would put cows in if everything looks ok.
