SW Minnesota | in our area we have managment companies that hold the cash rent so high that there is no profit.the renter has to rape the soil just to break even at best yet they tell the absent owner. they take soil tests ect. they barley know where the farm is so they cash the rent check and collect 15% of the gross.what a ripoff,i think things will change. they told one farmer he is only entitled to make $35 00 per acre sure takes guts. | |
