The reason I chart Futures is that they are standard prices for all to use.
and that is what the Trade is using.


My local price would be meaningless to most
Maybe the Nat Average cash could be used but
I don't see it as valuable. 

as I see it - The Trade is setting the price via the futures.  

  but then - maybe a  2nd thought - if it -  National cash
was ready available I guess it would reflect the basis change
and therefor might help see improving demand
