These are the figures you want to use. I come up with 230 bu/a. A wet bushel weighs 68.8 lb. You get this by dividing 47.6( the weight of dry matter in a bushel of corn at 15 %) by .688 (the percentage of dry matter in a bushel of corn at 31.2 %). This is the most accurate way of correcting for moisture and figuring dry bushels when you know the weight of grain harvested and the moisture.
