There is a lot of seeded still around here, mainly for the market or retail. The big guys growing for brokers that go to Kroger and Publix and Walmart are mainly seedless. They may be sweet but they seem to be very firm to me and have their own taste. Traditional seeded like Crimson have a good texture and better sweetness and taste to me.
