Velva, ND | Had to ditch the ww before the big rain because it was too wet and spring wheat was actually drier and better quality. Had a half section of ww that I killed 3 different times because of unevenness and the first stuff sprayed has falling #s of 308, 2nd was 325 and 3rd was 350. Easy to see the sprouts after 7.5" of rain for the week. Spring wheat quality is good with .8 Vom and 450 fn's. trying my darndest to get a little more ww off before it gets worse but hard to leave the good spring wheat crop. | |
