I've got a couple of 18 year old's pulling some giant rags and burr's for me in a 10 acre field that kinda "got away" from me. I'm paying them 10 bucks an hour. They aren't the best workers in the world and I may not be getting my money's worth but it's the best I could do. Hard to find folks to do that kind of work here anymore. Good Luck......
