Subject: Rain Tipping Point

NE Illinois
It appears that there are large quantities of rain forecasted in a good portion of corn belt. With the extensive rainfall that has occurred already in many of these areas, are we getting to the point where these rains are going to be view as a negative from a corn production/harvesting standpoint and see a bump in price?
