Subject: Help me make a chopping decision.

The Green Hills of Missouri
I have a 40 acre field that I planted to early (101 day) corn with the intent to harvest early so I can get cows on stalks sooner. It looks to be in the 120 bpa yield range. Or a 15 acre field that will yield 200+. I'm talking about filling a 8×200' bag, so not a lot at stake away.

What would be the basis of your decision?

I already have a bag of rye and sudex, but no hay like in the passed.

This is for Spring and Fall Cow/Calf and I finish the calves.

Thanks for the help, from nw-IL.
