Mid sized cows. breed the heifers to Jersey for their 1st calf....then save their heifer calves and breed em to angus. thee perfect cow is 3/4 angus with 1/4 jersey. she's moderate, frugal, and raises 70+% of her weight as calf weight. thee highest propensity marbling breeds are: 1 Jersey 2 Red Angus 3 Black angus. breed her to a char or simmy for the 2nd trip. mo
