| I'm a bucket feeder too, but luckily I only feed them for about 10 weeks of the year before I sell my calves. I have about 120 buckets and load them all up right out of mixer mill and carry them all in 4 at a time and stack them in the barn next to the feed bunks. Feeding them is fast and easy but the grinding days are rough. So I guess I use the buckets as equipment AND feed storage, which is not bad for a $0 investment :) I sure am glad when the calves are sold, though. | |
