Dr Frank Gibbs was in my neck of the woods a couple days ago. Still blowing smoke and chasing worms out of their burrows. Always fun for me to watch....... I found some smoke coming out of a small crack in the ground, which after some slight digging with my pocket knife, an old worm hole... appox 2" deep was shown to be the origin of the smoke. I told him he should consider switching to low tar. ....and grampa would have loved to use this method to get his fish worms!! Edit: the smoke you see is NOT leaking out of the pit. It is traveling through the tile line, out the worm holes, and the wind was drifting it back towards the pump. Just to clarify...
