Southern Mn | Small farmer here, in past years (3) it has worked out well for me to sell the majority if not all my crop off the field to pay inputs and use the rest of the money throughout the year. Well this fall looks to be a bummer, I have roughly 25 % pre-sold at what at the time I thought was a bad price but since looks pretty good.
Here is my question for the rest, would this be a good year to seal it and sit on it until say June? some years this works others not so much, hate working with FSA more than I have to but feel this might be the year to market more grain in June or July | |
