If this is more appropriate for the Cafe rather than kitchen table, let me know.
I have a friend getting married in about 2 weeks, and I am the best man.
He said he did NOT want a bachelor party, but IMO we should have something.
I took the "no bachelor party" as "no trying to repeat the hangover movies" or "no going to a strip club in Denver and meeting a pimp named Gator" (that last one is a true story from a college aquaintence's 21st birthday, apparently taxi's wont come to the bad part of town, and Gator is an upstanding guy with a 82 Cadillac and will give you a ride back to your hotel)
Any ideas for a nice, simple, mellow bachelor party? I think it may end up being all the groomsmen at a table at the bar sitting around and hanging out, as he mentioned that as a potential idea. I basically want to have some sort of sendoff, without going against anyone's wishes.
