SW Ontario | Get a real nice tenderloin (or 2), cut some 2" steaks, get some good beer, close friends and relatives and have a BBQ.
That's how we did our wedding 30 years ago, 40 people at our wedding, we threw it on our dime, 1 brides maid and my 2 brothers ushered and best manned. I still have guys tell me that was a good way to do it. And now when I get invited to weddings (or cash collections) with 5,000 others invited I feel no guilt about sending regrets. | |
