Warburg, AB | I'm just starting out on my own. Already thinking of this stuff yet I dont have kids. If I ever do they will be given full opportunity to run the show at a younger age; I have full intention of doing some of the menial equipment operation and tinkering in my twilight years. No way do I want the management end of it when I'm old, I want a paycheque (hopefully) and the fun stuff. Let them enjoy being boss, if I'm lucky there will be grandkids to spoil.
