Subject: RE: your toothbrush, do you wash it?

Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa
Have you ever become ill from anything you've picked up from your toothbrush? Or thought that maybe was the cause of an illness? My own bathroom, my own family, I just can't see that it's a huge issue, or at least huge enough to use antibacterial soap on my toothbrush. Bleccccch! Now, if my toothbrush was stored in a public restroom, I'd likely have a different viewpoint. I really think that a lot of the diseases and issues we're seeing currently in the U.S. have some basis in this whole anti-bacterial thing. So many new young parents keep their little ones in such a pseudo-sterile environment that the first exposure to anything outside the home lays the poor baby low with some sort of infection. Not the way the world was intended, in my view, but to each their own.
