A good stout mix of permitherin will do the job if you have sufficient volume. The hard part is disturbing them and getting them in the air. Then it is just about time to take a break and let them settle down

If you have time, might hang a wasp trap with a mixture of apple juice and water. It would need to hang for several days to make a difference,
