Central MN | I work in a grocery store. The gluten free craze has gotten crazy the last year. I think a lot of it is a fad myself. Yes there are a lot of people that really are allergic to it but I think most of the people buying this stuff aren't allergic and don't even know what gluten is. It's just like low carb. 10 years ago everything was low carb this and low carb that. Now nobody cares about carbs it's all about gluten. Once the gluten thing starts to wane, everyone will be on some other kick! | |
