West Tennessee | If it's fairly smooth you might can get away with putting a pad down and laying carpet over it. If it isn't smooth the roughness will show up through the carpet eventually. It was probably glued down to start with and like the other posters said there is NO easy way to get that back up. Putting underlayment (thin smooth plywood) over it might be a quicker solution but isn't cheap for sure. | |
