Back in the day farmers sat at road intersections with shotguns to get their neighbors to join the Farmers Union when that flair up happened decades ago.
To be fair the good parts of a union only work if everyone toes the line and is on board, so either you are with them or against them. Now, you want to try to work shoulder to shoulder with someone who thinks you are against thrm?
