I would say you should print this post out and let her read it! It sounds like there is still a viable relationship for both of you yet......if you can work it out. Take one evening off a week and take your wife on a date. More so in the off season, as if is hard to take time off in planting & harvest.

You've made a great first step in acknowledging your vices, so it should be easy to fall be into the "sparking / courting" mode.
