Subject: Turner grain --- Arkansas grain merchant bankruptcy

This is a local broker who appears to be going bankrupt...not only do they owe 20-40 million to farmers it also appears that the contracts for the upcoming crop won't be honored as well.

I have a little that they owe me so this isn't hearsay but I've sold these guys up to 500,000 of grain at a time...tell me that wouldn't be devastating! Do other states require grain merchants and elevators to be bonded? Do the people owed money have any hope of being paid..

Makes me sick that people are able to lie and cheat and steal like this.
