I used paypal only a few times. Then one day they started calling my home about a bill that had not been paid. Yes, the bill was paid. They were persistent for a long time. I could never get to talk to a real person so eventually the calls ended. I have never used it since. Sorry I can't help with your problem but this is a good topic for discussion.
