Boone Co. Iowa | I self diagnosed my plantar fascists...I got Red Wing boots, fitted at the store. After a week I was much improved. My feet hurt like heck at first, but muscles built up and I am different person thanks to those shoes.
It is also possible to tape your feet with athletic tape and get by. Just have to use fresh tape every day....have a foot specialist how to tape for plantar fascists....I was pretty skeptical about the tape but took away 90% of the pain....
