Some people find some easing of arthritis symptoms, seemed to help my dad a lot, I didn't find any benefit personally. We had a German Shepard dog that showed dramatic improvement when we put her on it, and like my Vet said dogs can't fake it. I don't know of any side effects. Try it for at least a few months.
