Subject: Cleaning dirty grain bin floor? (pic)

Have an older bin with a corrugated floor on concrete blocks with 2*6 wood on top of blocks. Fines have filled up on top of boards and sealed off holes in flooring causing fines to scab over in the valleys. Going to be a big job with a wire brush. Would a power washer work? Maybe air nozzle? A stiff broom won't do it. What's a good easier way to clean this floor up? I realize I will still have the fines blocking the floor holes underneath but just trying to pick up the fines for now. Thanks for any help.
