Paxton, IL | I tend to only be concerned with engine hours on a combine. That will give you some idea of useful life on the drive train components. I've always planned on around 4000-5000 engine hours before needing anything major.
Unless the machine is only a couple years old, separator hours mean very little to me. So many things on a combine are wear items. So it all depends on the actual condition of the machine. | |
