central ILL | I have always pinned them together and never had any problem until last year. Poured my sons garage. Week later poured the approach and pinned it to the garage floor, last winter the approach heaved and everywhere I had pinned the rebar concrete heaved and broke a chunk out of the floor. Last winter was one of the coldest we have had but just saying why they say not to pin together. Beautiful floor and that happened. | |
